I wanted DSL, but my computer was to old to support ther DSL - so instead of canceling my contract, they sent a technicial named Chris out who "built a bridge" for my system. However, that keep crashing, so once a month from November 2007 until February of 2008 I had to take off a day of work to be at home for Chris to come and "repair the bridge".
