Tom Curtis, Probate Law, pads bills BIG time. One paragraph email is charged 44 minutes that a 10 yo can write in under 5 minutes. @$500 hr you do the math. If one complains he gets a hissy fit and feels U insulted him by calling him out. On top of this, if he makes a mistake and has to rewrite an email he charges for the time to correct his mistake.
