We were able to file the first time homebuyers credit due to buying our first house in November. When we went to do our taxes they had no clue how to do the FHB credit. THe owner had to go look it up and came back with a list of things we needed to send off to the irs. We returned a week later ( Feb 10) with all of the documents we needed. The owner went back and copied off the documents and put them in a envolope and sealed it and said ur all set. We sent it off expecting our refund in april. Boy were we in for a huge suprise.
