I had a terrible experience with Westjet as well. I was flying home to Moncton from Toronto on May 5th, 2010. They had us all board the plane on time which was nice, however there was a lady that was sick to her stomach all day and refused to get off the plane. It took them an hour to decide to tell her that she needs to get off, then it took another 30 minutes to find her luggage.
