I signed a contract with Formula Homes and paid a deposit for a home. In 10 months I received 2 sets of final drawings, both had the wrong facade and were sent back. I was then sent a variation for the correct facade with an extra cost of $6000. The customer service coordinater, Gary, said the salesman made a mistake and the facade I was sold is an extra $6000 and I was told to sign and send back the variation.
