I purchased a contract from Nationwide on 8/11/09 and my ac went out this week. I tried to call Nationwide and was on hold for 30 minutes with no response, so I emailed them. I received an email the next day on 5/21/10 saying that they were no longer servicing my area, sorry for the inconvenience and they would send me a pro rated refund. I sent them an email back asking why they did not notify me that they were no longer servicing my area (if they would have notified me I would have gotten a contract elsewhere to make sure I was protected... read full review »
