This is supposed to be a live chat but does not activate more than a message box. The telephone number does not work. The product is supposed to a a two week trial but when you get the package it only allows 2 weeks from the order date. They are promising to bill me every month and send me more product. Apparantly they plan to do this whether I want it or not. The notice with the order declares that you must obtain a RMA or they will not accept a return (even by certified mail). WTF?
