This company attempted to withdrawn $99.95 from my mothballed Bank Of America savings account. Luckily, there was no money in it, but I incurred a $35 overdraft fee which was promptly removed followed by a stop payment on the electronic transaction and a fraud report with the bank. When I called Platinum Service, there is a automated message prompting the caller to enter a specific extension...that's it, no identifying information, no way to get to an operator and thusly, no way to speak with someone about the charge. Attorney General's office is my next call. Put these white collar crooks in jail like we do the petty thieves on the street. read full review »
