Respected Madam/Sir, We have purchased a IFB washing machine MODEL NO.7233 from Bhatia Electronic Lab, Rohtak(haryana) on march 2, 2009, invoice no. is 3793.But to our great disappointment it did not meet our expectations as it was found defective.We have been calling up the respective company but till date no action has been taken.
