Just cancelled a long-awaited furniture delivery because these folks, who promised it would be here by noon today (a Sunday) haven't delivered by 2 pm. and can't tell me when or even if they will get it here. And their customer service rep had the temerity to joke about the fact that I'm a working stiff who can't take a day off during the week to wait for a delivery such as this. I hope all manufacturers and retailers learn that this so-called "service" is a deal killer. My $1, 600 purchase is being returned. I'll hop in the car and buy locally. read full review »
