I registered a complaint about AcaiaSlim's business practice on this web site, and read that they suggest going onto their web site to get a refund (the web site listed here is different than the one on the bottle!) I received an e-mail from their customer service person. She was very helpful, did not question me at all, and refunded me for 2 charges. While I do not approve of their business practice, I am grateful that getting a refund was so easy.
