I had a terrible and humiliating experience at Zara (Robson Street) Vancouver, B.C. I wanted to return a unworn blouse and the cashier, her name is Melisa (a Korean young lady, very rude), did not greet us or nicely asked me why i wanted to return the blouse. She did not speak a single word with me and my sister. She simply took the shirt and went to the manager. Seconds later, the Manger came and told me that I cannot return the item because it's dirty.
