Booked hotel in Paris with Hotelcollect.com and credit card money taken by Moss Travel. Arrived in Paris on Saturday 22 May 2010. Hotel had no knwoledge of the booking or the company. The phone number given by the company went to a full mail box. Tried to contact them today and phone answered by a different company. Had to find another hotel in Paris and pay double the amount I had already paid and was taken from my credit card by Moss / Hotelcollect. Now taken up with my credit card company.
