Product must run via CD. If the CD gets damaged, even though you already paid for the program, you have to pay another $50.00 to get a replacement CD. I have never had a program that runs on a disc that either could be installed on a drive for usage, or could be easily replaced at little to no cost. Customer service also has no desire to be helpful aside from noting that a new CD is only $49.00 instead of the $200 and change for the program new. read full review »
