Will Garces owner of Garces and Grabler Law Firm in New Jersey stole my moms money for a Bankruptcy and Loan Modification. She went to him for help and he promised her help to reduce her mortgage payments. She gave him $2000.00 for a Loan Modification and Payment for a Bankrupcy for her Credit Cards and 2nd mortgage. She was never behind on her mortgage until Will Garces told her to be so she could qualify. We also found out that this illegal to tell someone not to make thier payments to get help.
