Is there anyone else that is the victim of a loan scam by KRAMER & KASLOW or any of their representatives? They finally refunded $2, 000 of my $4, 000 after 120 days and no loan modification and then they STOPPED PAYMENT ON THE CHECK! Actually it was Gary DiGirolamo from Attorneys Processing in Irvine. Is there anyone out there that would like to be a part of class action lawsuit against this joker Gary who by the way has a very long history of lawsuits against him and he was even incarcerated in WV for real estate fraud and securities fraud. After 120 days I have no mortgage modification and the partial refund of $2, 000 - they stopped payment on their check and now my account is overdrawn and I am paying bank fees as a result! read full review »

I have been "working" with Kramer & Kaslow for over 90 days now at a cost of $4, 000 and neither my first or second mortgagees have ever heard from them regarding negotiating a loan modification on my behalf!! In fact the person working on my mortgage told me she got information from my lender by committing fraud and saying she was ME when contacting the banks!! I'm waiting for a full refund based on their FRAUD and the fact that they have done NOTHING to help me except separate me from my money!! read full review »
