I am writing this complaint because I have two charges on my credit card account that should not be there. One is for computer software for $4.94, and the other is for foreign currency exchange for $1.50. These may not seem like much to complain about, but I never ordered computer software from Russia and do not know how they got my credit card number. We got a computer virus or something and things have still not been resolved.
