Today, I found out that Dell had raised my interest rate from 10%+ to 17.57%. I was supposed to have a promotional rate, but was told today that I was sent a letter in Oct 09 and had not replied to it so my rate went up. I recieved no letter and asked why they could not have left an alert on my account online since that it is where I do my business with Dell and I was told that they did not have the capability to do this, quite laughable, since they leave message alerts online when they want to contact you.
