I upgraded to a blackberry Tour for $200 less than 3 mths ago with Sprint, the phone drops almost every call in the middle of my conversations, I plug in the phone to charge from over night but in the morning the phone isn't charge, I took the phone to the service center they change the battery twice but i keep getting the same problem. I called Sprint and spoke to a supervisor, but they told me they can only send me the same phone a refurbish one. I told them I will downgrade, but this phone was garbage and I cannot deal with it anymore... read full review »
