I received books from this company that I never ordered, along with a bill. I returned the books to them, certified mail. They have not acknowledged. Instead, they have sent me a bill for the books two weeks after they were returned. What does it take to get them to stop this? A lawsuit? Will this complaint actually result in some action? C.
