Dear Sir, We have used the 0416-4201113 land line (Airtel) phone with broadband past 4 years. Still we can't maintain any balance amount to Airtel accounts. Now-a-days we cant get proper responses from the Airtel customer services. example 17-05-2010 to 24-05-2010 our telephone comes under the not reachable position. We had a continuous follow up the airtel customer care, there is no use or no prompt responses.
