I'm out of work right now. In typical fashion I had $2 in my account. I accidentally used my bank card to pay for something instead of my credit card... IT IS DECLINED. Chase bank than proceeds to removed $68 from my account because of this... then charge an additional $15 for my account overdraft. That's $83! Why? For DECLINING my debit card? Customer service kept saying "it's in your contract" or something to that effect, making no attempt to actually explain the charge. read full review »
