Company is $53 just to look at your set (non-refundable). This is much higher than most TV repair shops which charge about $29 for a diagnostic fee. I called up after I dropped off my TV to find out about the status, and left two messages, both of them unreturned. Eventually the company called me up to ask me if I wanted to replace the board inside the TV which they said needed to be replaced. I told them to go ahead, since I was already comitted for $53.
