I ordered instyler on December 22, 2009. It is now mid May, I have not recieved the product. But the reason I am very mad is because they charged me for it. 3 payments of 30 bucks for nothing. I keep tracking my order and it says that it is in the warehouse and will ship soon. I sent an email to customer service and it was completely ignored. I don't know if this has happened to anyone else who ordered instyler from their "official website". If anyone else had this happen and got the product please post what you did to fix it. read full review »
