I too, was disappointed with this company's tactics. They outright lied to me on the phone. My credit card company called their Corporate telephone number's agent (not the one they offer on their web) and got someone on the phone within seconds. The agent lied about everything I brought up about my trial offer, order. I explained that I had called them at specified dates and times and she went on to say they had no such record.
