Ordered flowers to be delivered in the morning (9-noon). The flowers were attempted to be delivered at night (10PM!) when no one was at home...thus left at house next door!!! The person who was supposed to receive the flowers did not get them until it was too late...BUT apperently, since they were technically delivered to somebody, Bloomex did their job. So if you want your flowers delivered to a random person, at a random time, this is the company to go with. HOWEVER, do not trust them to do a proper job or to take responsibility for their mistakes. Apparently, my mother should have stayed at home waiting until midnight to get her flowers! read full review »
