Databazaar sells compatible toner cartridges for Samsung printers. I am having a problem with one of the toner cartridges I bought from Databazaar. I contacted the customer service department (located in India, trained only to read a script) and shared my printing problem. The customer service representative agreed that I had a defective toner cartridge. However, since my purchase from Databazaar occurred more than 30 days ago, Databazaar would not guarantee/replace the toner cartridge.
