After making an appointment last week for 1030AM today May 25, 2010, I had to wait one hour before stylist Parwin took me. I walked into the shop 3 minutes before 1030 and Parwin had just started with highlights on another customer. It was obvious she had just started as she only had one foil in her hair. Both Parwin and the manager April said that they are supposed to take customers when they walk in.
