I reported, Dec. 2009, the failure of my employer to pay overtime that I was due to the Ga. Dept of Labor. The overtime was worked Feb. through May 2009. The representative from Ga. Dept of Labor spoke with me and told me she had tried several times to speak to my former employers. They would not speak with her or return her calls.
