To whom it may concern. I would like to lodge a complain towards DHL service staff who attend the phone call. I wanted to send a few gifts to Norway. On 26th May time 12:30pm - 1:30pm I call the DHL hotline to arrange the gifts to be collected at a specific location at 3pm-5pm. I declare that the items consist of 2 t-shirt, a pair of shoe and a perfume as well as a box of chocolate.
