I am struggling right now and in the process of losing my house. I recently forgot about a check that I wrote for a $100.00 and had a rippling down affect that caused me to get $425.00 in fees. I called to get fees waived down and spoke to the main number and they credited me 2 fees now knowing that i was getting $140.00 more in fees.
