Hello my name is Sherry, I checked my account this morning and noticed that a Platinum Online service requested $99.00 from my account. I counted my bank and they did not have this organizations information either. I am upset at BANK OF AMERICA for allowing transactions to go through without contacting me first. I do not know anything about this Platinum Online service and never intentionally went to their site. I didn't even have the money in my account and now it caused me an $35.00 overdraft fee as well.
