Care Credit is not advertised as a Credit Card. We were told we could make payments with no finance charges. The monthly statement even shows no end date, just "promotional-until paid off". Every payment has been made early, and I am still being charged late fees and finance charges. After the first fee/charge, I wrote a letter to GE Money Bank, and received a nice response.
