I used Care Credit when I needed some dental work done a few years ago. In three years I never missed my monthly payment, always paid by the due date, ALWAYS on time! One day they cut my limit from $3000 to $2300 which in turn hurt my credit score because of the "credit to debt ratio" rating, then a few months later they closed my account for no reason. I ALWAYS PAID ON TIME! They upped my due date by 3 days which made me late because I paid on my regular due date.
