I had bought the LG Vu phone in August 2009, but they refused to provide the warranty because the phone was manufactured in May 2009. LG did not have any information on the day that I purchased. They expected me to have a reciept of the phone that I bought a year ago. The customer service individual did not even care about my problem and was very adamant. read full review »
