Today Wednesday May 26, 2010, i received a letter from Alliance One telling me that i owe 2 tickets from 2008 and 2009. When i called customer service to get copy of the tickets and make payment arrangements. The young man that i spoke with was very rude. He actually asked me questions as if they didnt know who they had written the letter to. I asked him if i could pay $100 on Friday June 4th and the following Friday June 11th pay $97.81.
