Few months ago I hired a realstate agent Hatian guy from my neighbour hood to short sell my house. The guy was nice and helped me rent my house while he was working on it's short sell. One day he requested us to loan him some money since he was in terrible financial trouble. We believed him and agreed to loan $1, 200 for a month. Time past by and after a month he did'nt pay me back nor he did pay any attention on the short sell.
