I contacted the customer centre to change my travel iterinary. One guy spent about 45 minutes to get the details fo change date. I passed my credit card details to update online. He informed me the information are updated and the payment is successful. The VERY FUN is tiger airways deducted the charges from my Credit Card immediately but the requested change date is not updated.
