The Senior Divisional Manager of National Insurance Company has refused to vacate the premises even after the agreement is lapsed. They are not paying the rent also. They are making false allegations in the court about the agreement. To mislead the court to impress the Court about date of agreement as current and recent, they have indicated the original agreement date as 7-4-2008 instead of 7-4-1988.
