They will not work with you on financing, terms, interest, anything. If you are one day late, they call you every day, sometimes more than once, until you give a payment arrangement. I've asked for a breakdown of finance charges toward each payment for a year now b/c the loan isn't going down, and yet to get it after several attempts. WE NEED A CLASS ACTION ON THIS COMPANY. If there is a lawyer who will file suit you have tons of complaints here!
