Cable news have already run a story and I believe they would be extremely interested in doing a follow up. Also, for a $5 yearly charge you can post a complaint on TheSqueakyWheel.com and each time your complaint is viewed, RH receives an email. They can be bombarded with emails, my complaint has been viewed over 4, 000 times!
