Sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that I Richa Khaitan has not received my provident fund till now. I had applied for my PF money in the month of may'09, to be sent to my Bank of Indaia account Transport Nagar branch Kanpur. Bank recieved two cheques in favour of my account : 1). Chq No. 561138 Dt.20.07.09 Amt Rs. 14042/- 2).
