How can anyone find out if they are dealing with a true travel professional these days? I was referred to a travel agency in Maryland by a friend, well, friend of a friend for a large, complicated group cruise. I called this guy. I emailed this guy. Days later he finally decided to get back to me. I was mad!!! I did a little digging on this guy and he has about 15 different jobs/companies from a contract worker as an Engineer to an E-bay seller and the list on this guy went on and on.
