Penn Foster - Initial studies for a non-accredited program had nothing to do for what I signed up for, supplies not delivered and when I fortunate enough to take an exam that was handed in it took more than 4 weeks to be graded. My SS# was also listed under someone else who had used Penn Foster. I have 4 valid complaints that Penn Foster needed to rectify.
