There have been 2 recent promtions for the Chipmunks/Chipettes toys and the Penguin toys for purchasing a Happy Meal. For the last 6 weeks I have taken my granddaughter to a McDonalds in Bristol, CT, Plainville, CT and Terryville, CT in order to obtain these toys for her. In each location I have been given the run around that "they go so fast" and to go to another location. I have tried all the available locations with no luck and am tired of the excuses.
