I have had multiple negative experiences with UPS recently: packages intended for others delivered to my door, damaged packages delivered, automated telephone lines that do not offer options to remedy these problem, UPS stores refuse to provide any information or services to address these problems. UPS treats third parties (in this case, me) as responsible for company errors.
