Ebay Seller accepted my USPS money order as payment and sent a faulty item so I sent it back at my expense and he has a 7 day return policy. He accepted the item and did not refund my money! .. I opened a case against him in Ebay and the Ebay tech told me that I did not use a Newly Approved payment method and so I would receive nothing. I said that the seller then violated the Ebay policy by accepting my USPS money order and the tech said, "We'll send him an email to stop accepting USPS money orders".
