Hired this firm back in September 2009 to being a loan modification process. Was told the following week by "loan modification specialist" @ Lopez and Morris that the paper was immediately filed with our loan company". Per the advisement of Lopez and Morris I refrained from talking with my loan company for a few months (despite the numerous / daily calls).
