Boy, do I wish I had read all of these filed complaints before I paid my yearly premium. All I can say is DON'T EVEN CONSIDER IT!!! Everything I read here has been my experience. I would have cancelled a couple of months into it if they had any kind of cancellation refund, but they don't. I thought I would see it through to the end of the term and then not renew.
