i bought a recharge coupon of 20 rs from my near by retailer. i scratch the code and try to enter but it failed i contact the customer care and enquired about my pin number... he said i m unable to get the details you should call few hours later.. i ask that this coupon has been used?? he said no after sometime i agai make a caal and the next customer care member said that this coupon has been used... it simply means that the first customer care member used my pin number for his recharge... read full review »
